Browse the listings, then send an enquiry from the property page or contact us directly. We arrange an inspection, share the property documents, agree the terms with you in writing and guide you through to completion.

Why does a listing say Price on request?

Accepted Answer

Some prices are confirmed with the owner at the time of enquiry. Send us a message and we will come back to you with the current price and payment terms for that property.

Can I inspect a property before I decide?

Yes. Every serious buyer or tenant is welcome to inspect. Contact us with the listing reference, for example SAL-0001, and we will arrange a suitable time.

What documents should I ask for when buying land or a house?

Ask to see the title documents, such as a Certificate of Occupancy, Governor's consent or a deed of assignment, together with the survey plan. Have your own lawyer verify them. We will share what is available for each property.
